How to become a sponsor

Choose a sponsorship option: Select the sponsorship package that best suits your company’s needs (see above).
Download and complete the preliminary agreement.
Contact us: Send an email to EGEC’s Communications Manager Victoria Bech at v.bech@egec.org to express your interest in sponsorship. Attach a completed and signed version of the preliminary agreement to begin the process.*
Send it before before 31 April 2025!

EGEC Website: 3,000+ visitors
Mailing list flash news/ newsletter: 10,000+ recipients
Social Media: ~4,000+ followers on Twitter and ~9,800+ followers on LinkedIn
Number of participants in 2024 edition: 140+ participants
